I don't know a whole lot about science, or history. I can't tell you about the constellations, or the formulas needed to solve for x and y. But I do know about people. And in the years I've spent on this planet, I have always had an undying desire to understand people. All the people. To understand what makes them tick, what doesn't, to understand why they are a certain way, and to get on their level and somehow intertwine my soul with theirs and physically put myself in their shoes. I have always loved to learn about the hearts and souls of all the beings. Their minds and why all of them are absurdly different. To be a friend and love each of them no matter what and to forgive them all for any wrong they may have done. To help them and to listen when times are tough, or when they're just looking for some sweet company. There's nothing more important in this world than the way we treat others and the impact we have on the world. And the world may just be one person. Because each person has their own, individual, different, world. And to have an impact on just one, is worth more than any material or object in this lifetime. Everyone in the world is fighting a battle you know nothing about. So, give them a cheerful hello, a compliment, or a genuine smile. The impact your sweet soul has on another person, while expecting nothing in return, will give you the greatest satisfaction and contentment. You feel at peace when you witness the happiness of others because of something you did. I promise you. Find the good and be kind to them all. Giving a gift always feels better than receiving one.
Things always get better. Even when the light at the end of the tunnel isn't visible and feels so far away. It's there and it's coming. What doesn't kill you will only make you stronger.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day. Virtual love, hugs + roses to you all! xoxo
